Interesting! Cop Squad, aired on UKTV 08/01/12. Man stopped with no Tax or Insurance and further refuses to give any (alcohol) samples unless a fee schedule is agreed. Man answers all questions with: "it is in my claim of right" and refuses to sign for property stolen from him. Later released WITHOUT CHARGE! (sorry about quality, recorded direct from TV)
